FHCW Vaccine Clinic Schedule:
- Wednesdays: 9:00 am - 7:00 pm
- Fridays: 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
As of 4/19/21, all individuals ages 16 and up in Massachusetts are eligible for the COVID-19 Vaccine.
All patients of Family Health Center age 18 years and older are eligible for the COVID vaccine. (Please note that FHCW has the Moderna vaccine which is only approved for ages 18 and up)
FHCW will continue to reach out to our highest risk patients to schedule vaccination appointments, however, ALL patients can be scheduled in one of our vaccine clinics if they are a patient at Family Health Center.
How to schedule your COVID-19 Vaccination with FHCW:
- Call FHCW at 508-860-7700 and ask to be scheduled in one of the COVID-19 vaccine clinics.
- Schedule a COVID-19 vaccine at the front-desk during the normal check out process when you are at FHCW for an appointment.
